Welcome to BSides Hong Kong (hereafter, BSidesHK, we, us). By using our website or services or participate in any events hosted by us, you agree to this Terms and Conditions (hereafter, T&C).

2. Ticket

1. Participant will be given a access pass after ticket checking

2. Participant is allowed to participate in the event mentioned on the ticket ONLY

3. We encourage participants to present the digital version of the ticket, although printed version is also accepted. Be sure the QR code is clear enough for scanning if printed

4. Ticket must never be shared / transferred to others

5. Ticket is on a first-come-first-served basis

3. Access Pass

1. Participant will be given an access pass after ticket checking

2. Participant is required to wear the access pass to have access to the ticketed event

3. Participant who failed to provide the access pass as required might not be allowed to enter the venue

4. Copy or digital version will NOT be accepted

4. Changes to this T&C

1. We may update this T&C from time to time to reflect changes in our practices. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated T&C on our website and indicating the effective date.

2.  You are encouraged to review this T&C periodically to stay informed about the latest service terms and conditions.
